Our service is designed for parents and guardians of young children. We collect limited information about children (first name, age, interests) solely for the purpose of personalising bedtime stories. We do not use children's information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than story personalisation.
We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts or submit their own information. All account holders must be adults (18+).

We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Generate and deliver personalised nightly bedtime stories
- Process subscription payments
- Send service emails (story delivery, login links, account notices)
- Improve the quality of our story generation

Your account data and child profile information is stored in a password-protected database hosted in Sydney, Australia (AWS ap-southeast-2). We use secure, encrypted connections for all data transmission.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your personal information within 30 days.
